The move to new premises presented an opportunity to create a workplace that better reflects Hexpol’s identity. Defined by a light Nordic aesthetic and authentic materials, the new headquarters offers a timeless setting designed to support both well-being and productivity.
The interior is shaped by a muted colour palette, with oak, raw aluminium and tactile textiles creating a warm and harmonious feel. At the heart of the office, a darker central zone contrasts with the bright corridors and workspaces.
The dining area, complete with a kitchen island and custom-built banquette, forms a natural gathering place and brings an inviting atmosphere to the heart of the office.
The layout has been carefully planned to ensure efficient circulation and a natural balance between social spaces and areas for focused work. A lounge area welcomes visitors upon arrival and sets the tone for the rest of the office. The result is a workplace that instils a sense of pride among employees while offering an environment where colleagues and visitors alike feel welcome and at ease.
