As Legrand continues to grow, the company takes the next step in its development. The new premises in Löddeköpinge bring together office and warehouse functions under one roof, creating a workplace designed to support both current operations and future ambitions.
The building is defined by its industrial character, featuring generous volumes and exposed structural elements. The interior concept builds on these qualities, allowing the architecture to play an active role in the overall experience. Raw materials are paired with Nordic aesthetics, where timber, textiles, and natural tones create a timeless and welcoming environment.
The concept is rooted in Legrand’s identity and brand colours. The bold blue staircase becomes the project’s signature feature and a defining statement within the building. It connects the two floors while creating a sense of movement, energy, and cohesion throughout the space.
Materials and detailing have been carefully selected to create an environment that stands the test of time, both aesthetically and functionally. The workplace includes individual workstations, meeting rooms, social spaces, and areas for focused work, giving physical expression to Legrand’s culture and future vision.
