As LeGrand continues to grow, the company takes the next step in its development. The new premises in Löddeköpinge bring together office and warehouse functions under one roof, creating an environment designed to support both current operations and future ambitions.

The building is defined by its industrial character, featuring generous volumes, exposed structures, and a strong connection to the company’s day-to-day activities. The interior concept takes its cue from these qualities, allowing the architecture to play an active role in the overall experience. Raw industrial elements are highlighted and balanced with a warm Nordic palette of natural materials, textiles, and carefully selected tones, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere.

The design concept is rooted in LeGrand’s identity and brand colours. A bold blue staircase becomes the project’s signature feature and a striking statement within the building – a central element that connects the two floors while enhancing a sense of movement, energy, and cohesion throughout the space.

Materials and finishes have been carefully selected to create a timeless environment with long-term durability, both aesthetically and functionally. Tactile surfaces and thoughtful detailing contribute to a cohesive design that feels relevant today and well into the future.

The workplace accommodates individual workstations, meeting rooms, social spaces, and areas dedicated to focused work. Throughout the project, there is a clear ambition to give physical expression to LeGrand’s culture, values, and future vision.
